ABOUT US
We are a couple with two kids (Mario and Tamara and sons Antonio and Luka). We live in a quiet street 800 meters from the village center and 100 meters from the beach. The house was built in 2004. and adapted in 2006.
Kozino
Halfway betwheen Zadar and Nin, surrounded by beautiful Mediterannean pine forest you will find Kožino. Kožino is situated only 5 kilometers from Zadar, full of modern villas and apartments, ideal for guests looking for a relaxing vacation in a small village, with comfortable and friendly atmosphere. In the village you can find beaches, restaurants, bars etc.
Zadar
Zadar is a city with rich historical herritage, many cultural monuments, churches, museums... Walking trough the Old Town one can't resist a feeling of an atmosphere characteristic for ancient cities. It is also a cultural and commercial center of our region.
Nin
Nin is a preserved historical town located 7 kilometers from Kožino. There you can find many sandy beaches, warm sea and rich historical and cultural herritage. There are remains of roman architecture and example of early Croatian architecture. In the past it was a royal center of Croatia, place where kings and bishops were seated.
Zadar archipelago
Islands in Zadar archipelago are sturctured in four rows of islands, starting with Pag, Dugi otok, Ugljan and Pašman, and further with smaller islands: Silba, Molat, Olib, Premuda, Iž, Vrgada i Sestrunj.
National Parks
In Zadar vicinity there are four National Park: the breathtaking Kornati Islands, the famous Plitvice Lakes, Paklenica mountain and Krka Waterfalls. Also, there is river Zrmanja where it is possible to organize rafting and canueing.
