In the period of October 1st - April 1st long term rental is possible.
If you wish to book the apartment please send request and we will contact you with all the information. For every reservation a 20 % deposit is required. After the pament a voucher will be issued to you. The rest of the balance is payable upon arrival.
Arrivals/Departures are scheduled on Saturdays in July and August (7-14-21)

Included in the apartment price: linen, towels (fresh every 7 days), air - condition, electricity and water consumption, fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, swimming pool and a Jacuzzi.
